The main idea of our hotel is that it is supporting the growth in aquatic
creatures whilst being completely self-sufficient using only sustainable
resources that don’t have a negative side effect on the environment.
Starting with the apartment, there are four separate rooms including 2
bedrooms, a toilet and a living room.
The windows mostly face towards the breakwater because that’s where
the most of fish will be. There are UV lights which shine at low intensity
to attract fish which has proven successful without any negative side
effects on the fish or their habitat.
ABOUT THE CAERULA
Each pod will have curved TVs in so the customer can choose what to watch. In each room
their will also be a powerful PC and a small work area in case our clients
need to catch up on some work. If they want to read there will be Kindles
in the room which will be able to connect to a Wi-Fi signal that allows the
Kindle to download any book on our database.
On the surface The Caerula will have two large swimming pools, one will be filled with the
surrounding sea water and will be similar to swimming in the sea but is
contained, and the other a regular, chlorinated pool.
On the other two pontoons there will be large sand based Astroturf areas
that can be used for various sports such as tennis and badminton.
At the bottom of our hotel, a floor below the dining area, we will have a
Gym and spa so people can keep themselves fit and healthy as well as
relaxed
In addition to this our hotel will offer a range of fun, environmentally
friendly water sports as well as snorkelling and boating tours of the
islands.
